if there is anyone who understands the strategy needed to make influencer marketing work for a brand and drive results its Hayley. following four years in the PR and the social space, Hayley moved into the influencer marketing realm over a decade ago. at UOR, aside from being the founder, Hayley heads up all long and short term influencer strategies for brands and agencies in the UK and globally.

fulfilled her life long fashion ambition when meeting vivienne Westwood in her 20’s only for her to tell hayley how much she disliked having photos taken with people. we had one taken anyway!
Brian Chegwidden

Australian born, Brian is a qualified charted accountant who has worked for nearly 30 years in IT programme management delivering multi million pound business/IT solutions for major blue chip organisations like Vodafone, predominantly achieved through the building of integrated teams, challenging the norm and ensuring the solution is fit for purpose. Brian says “The fast moving world of influencer marketing is both challenging and rewarding especially seeing how UOR has become so successful ”.
